Blendo Localizer

This is a tool to manage localized text assets.

Features

• Fast and intuitive searching of text assets.
  • Search by key name and/or search by text.
  • Search fields do a sub-string search. If you only remember a few vague fragments of text, that's all you need to narrow down search results.
• Find empty strings.
• Find duplicate strings.
• Find strings that have leading/trailing whitespace.
• Find all instances of a character via its UTF16/ASCII code.
• SpaceFinder:
  • Displays diagram of space characters.
  • One use of this is to help find "invisible" space characters.
• CharacterViewer:
  • Displays diagram of UTF-16 and ASCII/Unicode decimal value of each character.
  • This is used to identify what specific characters are being used in a localized text string.
• LanguageComparer:
  • Compare string counts of multiple languages.
  • This is used to identify if a localization file is missing strings or has extra strings.
• StringComparer:
  • Compare a single string between multiple languages.
  • This is used to quickly see how a string is represented in different languages.
• It is FREE

Notes

• This tool assumes your localization file is a CSV or JSON file.
• This tool assumes your localization files are located in the same folder.
